After reviewing the employee’s performance review, complete the manager review by [enter date]. Once submitted, schedule a meeting with your employee to review progress on their goals and development plan. Come to the meeting prepared to share feedback. It can also be helpful to gather peer reviews in preparation for the meeting so you can share specific examples, including recognition.
