Achieving our DEI strategy and creating a culture rooted in DEI takes every person at {@companyname}, especially our people leaders.

With your help, we can truly cultivate an environment that values diversity, respects differences, creates equitable opportunities for growth, and builds belonging.

Review our DEI strategy and annual goals. Ensure your team members are familiar with the strategy and have at least one DEI goal. There are also many ways for your team members to get involved — ERGs, programming, and the DEI Council information is listed below.

Things to consider:

  • If your company has a DEI toolkit or resources, be sure to include them in this communication.
  • If your company requires a DEI goal in the performance process, outline it here, as well as ways for employees to get involved in your company’s DEI activities.
  • If you have a DEI Firstup topic, encourage managers and their employees to post their own personal stories or articles they found interesting in this topic.
